      <image:title>About - Our vision</image:title>
<image:caption>A community where people living with psychosocial and neurodevelopmental disability are supported to grow, thrive and connect. We want every person we work with to be understood for who they are, not just their diagnosis, and to have the right supports in place to do the things that matter to them, at home, in their community and in their relationships. We also want the people around them, from families to support workers and treating teams, to feel confident and equipped to walk alongside them.</image:caption>

<image:title>NDIS functional capacity assessments - A functional capacity assessment (FCA) shows the NDIA how a person’s disability affects their everyday life, and the support they need to live well and work towards their goals.</image:title>
<image:caption>At Wholebeing Occupational Therapy, every assessment starts with the person: their story, their strengths, their goals and what a good life looks like to them. Reports are thorough, evidence based and written in line with current NDIS legislation. They keep the person’s own voice at the centre and describe them accurately and respectfully, never more clinically than they need to.</image:caption>
